Beginning her career as a portfolio manager and later serving as an onsite manager, Karen has held a variety of leadership roles throughout the industry. She holds the CCAM, CMCA, and PCAM designations and is the founder of Happy Minds Network, a peer-to-peer support organization focused on connecting community association managers and promoting professional and personal wellness within the industry.
